What's important isn't whose name I'd write, what's important is the manner in which they die and what I make them do preceding it.
You could have Merkel give a speech about creating a fourth reich in which multiculturalism is used to destroy and control the peoples of Europe, and then have her be killed by islamists for "revealing the truth." You could have prominent IS leaders die slowly and painfully, shouting "forgive me, Allah!" and proclaiming that the arabic muslims must return to their ancestral homelands or face an eternity in hell while in religious trance. Then maybe kill a few others in a way that makes it seem like it's the Christian god claiming vengeance, just so everyone doesn't get the impression that Islam is the one true faith, instead making it seem like Christianity is the western faith and Islam the arabic, and that they should stick to their alloted places in the world.
In this way, you could influence the world in a desirable way far more effectively than by merely killing certain people.
