Millions of liberals received a small loan of $20 thousand and turned it into $60,000/debt. They have no hope of ever paying it off because employers regard their African American studies degree to be useless.
Debt is cheaper than equity because the interest payments are tax deductible. Trump can raise humongous capital issuing bonds and pay far less than he would if his company went public and traded shares.
I am assuming he's referring to the fact that the US Treasury can finance literally anything it wants because its the #1 rated credit institution on the planet.
