Why would it matter? As long as it's against our law it's valid. Not to mention everything related to lava-jato and other crimes exist as well, they were just removed to avoid possibility of delaying the impeachment with more discussion.
Even if it's cancelled as soon as there is a new house president they'd just pick a stronger accusation, like the one from the higher order of attorneys, if the superior electoral court wouldn't have nullified her election already for all the crimes found by the investigators.
