If a woman can not prove that a man raped her, shouldn't it be a crime to accuse that man of rape?
In this day and age, the mere accusation of rape can utterly destroy a man. He is literally defenseless against the damage an allegation will cause to him. In this day and age, women have the power to decimate the reputation of an ex-boyfriend with a tweet and there is literally nothing he can do about it. The allegation will be tied to all google searches of his name. Future employers will learn of the allegation with a simple background check, making obtaining gainful employment extremely difficult. Girls he dates will eventually learn of it, and even if she believes him when he tries to convince her that the allegations are false and decides to date him, he'll eventually have to make the same plea to her mother, father and siblings. Aunts and Uncles and all of her friends.
And he'll suffer all of this, even though he didn't actually rape anyone. And there will never be a path for him to rectify the injustice this allegation caused.
Why is there no punishment for women who make unfounded rape allegations?
This is why I'm going to make Dave Chappelle's Sex Contracts into a real business and make millions.
It should be a crime to blame white men since they do not rape.

Jay walking is illegal. But it's never enforced. The best a man can hope for is winning a lawsuit, but that won't put the woman who made the false claim in prison.
Women who get caught lying about being raped very rarely go to jail for lying and that is a fact.

You're now realizing a very harsh reality about courts. When you take someone to court, be it civil or criminal, you're not arguing facts to infallible people who then dole out due justice. You're arguing emotions so that you have the most likeable and believable story. The one that wins in the one that cries first.
>asking this on /pol/
hahahahah
The one who makes a false accusation should be punished for the crimes she accused the victim of.
>prisons get filled with women
muh dik

They don't go to jail because defamation is not a criminal offense that carries jail time, but winning a defamation suit against a woman is more than enough to exonerate a man in the public eye. Plus you get damages, and the woman's future testimony will always be called into question.

Try almost never get charged with it though, even when it is shown beyond doubt that they are lying

If you look at the concept of "not guilty", it really doesn't mean that the jury thinks the person is innocent. All it means is that there was reasonable doubt. So a "not guilty" verdict does not mean that the women was lying about rape. So the police should not charge her just because of that. However if there is actual evidence of her lying then the police should, and already do currently, charge the woman for lying under oath.

Sweden honestly seems to be moving towards sex contracts. There are plenty of people that say that if you dont ask your partner and that person says yes, then they can charge you with rape
