This is not going to change the political landscape. It hasn't in the past and it's not going to any time soon. This is a shitty tactic and a feel-good one at that. It's good that you get to hear their sides, but there needs to be an effort by third parties to get their voice out there in a louder way. Hardly any advertising, for one thing. Hardly any serious attempt to gain funding.
