Those lips are a sure sign of Celtic or Slav, genetic influence - in my opinion. Absolutely nothing Anglo about them. Everything about this guy says white except his lips, so I assumed he'd been diluted by either the east or the west. was intrigued so I posted it here. I agree. Nose is too bulbous to be a "celt" (which is a stupid term - Atlantid/Paeleo atlantid/Atlanto-meditaranianid is more accurate in this case).
