I never said which God it is, or what he is like. Faith basically means that we reach a certain limit on our knowledge about the universe, there is only so much we can know through evidence or empirically test with science. At some point our human understanding and scientific evidence only goes so far and we have to choose a belief based on inconclusive evidence. This is what it means to have faith in God or in Atheism/Natural law.
If we can accept that there is a God then we can start figuring out things about him. God must be intelligent as evidenced by the existence of intelligent beings and the design of the universe.
