There is no such thing as right or wrong in history.
You can't change the past, so why judge something that happened over 100 years ago? The only reason we have history is to make sure we aren't the losers, so then we can decide how great our time was.
There is only good and bad, not right and wrong. For example, The Roman Empire was a good time to be alive, as it was a civilised and safe time. Also, it was a bad time to live during the dark ages, because of the plague.
"Right and Wrong" are terms people use to push agendas and brainwash people.
