No. I'm morally opposed to the consumption of sentient beings, and I find the concept of cannibalism abhorrent. In most situations where one may have to rely on cannibalism to survive, other food sources can generally be found in the area if one only came equipped with the knowledge to find them. In a dire enough situation, one could even rely on consumption of soil to stave off starvation. Nutritionally it's not great, but it is an actual option for filler that could be supplemented with bugs likely found in the soil, or plants growing on it. Most locations on earth have trees too, even if they don't produce fruit the bark is still edible.
