I was in Madrid recently, beautiful city.
Great weather, great people, enjoyed my time there.
One thing that's really stuck with me though was walking through the centre of Madrid, and seeing a giant 'REFUGEES WELCOME' banner hanging from the face of Madrid City Hall.
Spain is one of the few places in Europe, probably the only place in Western Europe, that isn't overrun with Mudslimes and still maintains its own cultural identity.
So why the banner?
Is this not among the greatest examples of social engineering you can find?
I don't speak Spanish, but refugees were also the topic being covered on local TV, with what I gathered to be a sympathetic 'we must help' angle.
What do Spain?
I love Europe (love Europe, hate the EU), we all have our national identities and differences, but we're all broadly culturally similar. Why can't we stand together and protect that?
As far as I'm concerned, that banner currently hanging from Madrid City Hall may as well say 'CULTURAL GENOCIDE WELCOME', because that's what it represents.
Was a real dagger to the heart seeing that in the last non ruined Western European nation.

IMO if the Catalan issue keeps getting out of hand (and I'm talking about nationalist voters going full CUP because CiU is going nowhere) we're going to see some pretty strong Spanish nationalist reaction that will surely end up as a political expression, either coming from the right (a non-cuck PP politician) or from the left (Pablo Iglesias with a Spain sweatsuit).
If we add a hypothetical collapse of the EU in the next 10-20 years to that equation it's not hard to see how Spain could become an authoritarian nationalist regime. If the EU stays strong, then you'll see Spain following the steps of France and Germany with our PP recycling itself into a soft FN/AfD.
