Africans were probably always in Egypt to some degree, but as slaves. They did have one dynasty though.

The worst part is that the blacks in the US were taken from West Africa- not Egypt. So regardless of whether the Egyptians were Berber/Bedouin/Arabic or Nubian/Black, which they weren't, using them as a symbol of black power in America is absurd. Jesus, black people fall for the dumbest memes. Additionally, I doubt any of the West African tribal savages or even something as "advanced" and organized as the Mali or Songhai empire had any sort of political marriages or deep-set alliances with any of Egypt's dynasties.
