depends where you're at. If you're in a metro area, then you should an hero. I live in Texas, and the market is great. CVS and WAG start at 64/hr, I got up to 69/hr before I changed jobs and got a clinical job (that i'm at now, shitposting on /pol/) for 65/hr. I'm sure this is probably substantially higher than just about any other market. Texas is the dream land for jobs, it's not just a meme.
But if you went to Dallas or Houston, avg pay is closer to 52-55/hr, and you work longer hours and have a 1 hour drive to and from work fighting traffic. Takes me 8 min to drive to work and 8 minutes home.
I'd seriously consider moving to a rural type area to make sure you get a job, the jobs are going fast.

I was a 4.0 undergrad student, and had a solid 84-86 through pharm school. It's the fucking worst. I was a severe alcoholic, as in got blackout drunk 4-5 times a week, went to rotations smelling like Jack Daniels. It was bad. 4th year is a fucking breeze. Working is about 80% easier than school.

Thank god I missed almost all of those type of classes. I filled my gen eds with science courses, a painting, and a geography and managed to get away with it because the department liked me and pushed it through.
