In my experience, it's the opposite (at least with everyone but blacks and poo in loos). I go into a white's house, and he's got underwear draped over his TV screen, socks on his floor, an unchanged cat box (or his house reeks of dog piss + shit), and a pile of dirty dishes in the kitchen.
