Define ''use''.
Facebook makes it incredibly easy to use sites and programs that ask you to register. Instead of wasting 5 minutes making an account you can simply log in using facebook. Very convenient.
What I don't do is post private information on facebook, use my real name, add contacts, post any pictures, follow anyone or even go to the facebook site.

Yes, I have one. I never use it and I only accept friend requests, I don't go out of my way to friend people.

It's a timesink, PSYOP operation and they sell your info. Facebook has publicly admitted that they can influence your beliefs and emotions by choosing what kind of posts to expose you to (1). Facebook also sells your info to companies, which pisses me off. Finally, facebook is just a waste of time for losers to brag to other losers.
Deleting it has severely crippled my social life since everyone communicates that way. That being said, I'm happier without it.
