I was wondering if some anons could describe the opposite, I guess you could call it "Regeneracy". What would a "Regenerate" society look like?

A Regenerate society would PRIMARILY use horizontal enforcement (i.e. social norms) and of course as a last result rules and laws from the top down to enforce things such as:
SEX:
Enforcement of monogamy through early and lifelong marriage.

Homosexuality back in the closet. Men would marry to produce children and confirm to society and the few that must will have secret sexual unions as has always been done. Faggotry and effeminate homosexual behavior will be completely banned and shunned.
Slut-shaming would be a social norm. Female hypergamy is an inevitable result of socialism, and also enables socialism and thus must be stamped out of a Regenerate society.
WORK:
Most women would exit the workplace to resume their traditional role as masters of the household. The net result would be a massive rise in the wages for men and few remaining women. Competency would return to the American workforce and rising productivity and wages would allow for a massive wealth expansion. A 80/20 male/female workplace would not only allow every house (only the poor would choose to stay in apartments) to be maintained to the highest standard, a generation of men raised by full-time parents would beget a massive reduction in crime and increase in productivity down the line.

POLITICS:
Voting would be further tiered into a local/state/federal classification:
For Federal elections only individuals who have paid at least $15,000 in Federal taxes over the last 2 years would eligible to vote. Individuals receiving welfare or other government benefits outside of veteran benefits would be ineligible to vote until such time as they have paid back all of their received benefits and also met the $15,000 requirement.
State and local voting restrictions would be similar but with less restrictions at the local level because even bums and degens deserve a say in their own neighborhoods
GUNS:
Gun ownership would be widely encouraged and any law infringing upon gun ownership by lawful, moral citizens would be deemed unconstitutional. Men would be expected to provide for the safety and security of their homes. This would mean most families would own at least 2-3 guns (as opposed to only ~1.1 gun in USA today)
On the flip side committing a crime with a gun would be strongly punished, and the publishing of images of gun brandishing on social media would be banned and shunned.

If you don't believe in a soul, this conversation is fairly pointless. Degeneracy is anything that harms society, in this case. This is a reasonable definition, but open to much interpretation and potentially dangerous.
If you d believe in a soul (and reincarnation and other such things), it's anything that improves your own soul. Whether it be simply enjoying nature or raising a high quality family. The opposite would be anything that damages your soul. There is also a point to make about quantity. Jerking off and drinking alcohol are fairly neutral actions that only truly cause harm when brought to excess. Something like murder (which is different than self defense killing) always has a negative effect.
