Krakowbro here. I recommend checking main tourist destination in Kraków so the Old Town and the Wawel castle. For polish, or perhaps rather for generally post-soviet experience you should visit Nowa Huta. Now its district of Krakow, but it used to be separate city. Its like a wet dream of a commie, was supposed to be example of how "modern communist city should look like". All those commie blocks...
