If Putin was to seriously try and restore Constantinople, it wouldn't be easy but the Russians could do it. Turkey has no where near the type of technology and military capability as the Russians. Turkey could be easily toppled in terms of destroying civil order but the hard part would be, is that if Turkey is allowed to enter the EU, people from Turkey would just flood into Europe or Europe would cuck and get involve to help Turkey.
