I went to china before and most of the milk was in these bags, and were generally not even refrigerated in the supermarkets. Never got food poisoning and it tasted better (richer taste I guess?) than the pasteurized milk from the US. I don't think the chinese milk was unpasteurized at least, so why the huge difference?

At least it tastes like proper milk. Even organic gluten free non-gmo whole milk from the US tastes bland compared to chinese milk. The street vendors in chinkland sell unpasteurized raw milk, so even if the stuff in the bags are powdered, they did a good job mimicking the taste.
