Laws are laws regardless of whether you agree with them or not.

If you don't agree then start a movement, petition people. Get word out so those thinking of campaigning can make ti part of their platform.

You have the power to change laws, not to break them.
>>
OH NO

Somebody knowingly and willingly broke the LAW and is now facing punishment for it??

You could try but realise that the judge has the power to hold you in contempt of court if he finds out your plan.

Judges hold the power in the courtroom, if you challenge it they will regard you as making a mockery of the law and punish you sverely.

Hallucinogenic Mushrooms are a class III substance.
That means its a felony to merely possess them.
The kid had a grow op going, that means he is getting another felony for production.
On top of that he probably has scales and bags for sale. Intent to sell is a felony.
Kid fucked up. He knew what he was doing when he began to grow drugs. Its a shame that his life is ruined but he isn't innocent.
Also, growing mushrooms is fucking easy, and takes almost now electricity(sudden spikes in electrical bills can be used as evidence to get a warrant for a search). The fact that he got caught shows that he wasn't being careful at all.

It has a high prison condensation because of the simple fact we need cheap labor and there's not as many illegal Mexicans as dumb rednecks would like to believe.

There's also a whole lot of normies who actually believe prison is designed for rapists and murderers. Because you'd need such heavy institutions for the few rapes and murders that actually make it pass criminal court...

It's just a modern labor camp and nobody has the balls to admit it. It's understandable someone should have to be slaves so we can have nice things, but I don't agree it should just be generically targeting niggers, drug addicts, etc. It should target moderators. Moderators like moot and the fags who run Rebbit should have to work themselves to death for our Iphones.

>But what about when we run out of moderators?

Then we'll just enslave the women. If they ain't fucking us they ain't human beings. And it's not like you'll run out of caddy cunt women. But moderators deserve it more.

we must live in different kentuckys

the judges where i live will throw you in jail because they feel like it laws or no laws and there aint shit you are going to do about it.

I know a guy in jail for political comments he made and has been for 5 years without a trial.

I have no idea what part of KY you hail from but where I am things are different. The law does whatever it wants and rights only matter if you are important.

>>72242945

>>
>>72242139
I'm sure it has a certain therapeutic value, but it needs to be researched further. Just eating the shrooms to treat depression feels like treating insomnia with ketamine. In my experience I've seen more bad than good come out of it. You're gonna say it's anecdotal, sure, but I used to grow shrooms for a while and I stopped after two particular experiences.

First was a very unpleasant trip that felt like my whole personality had changed and I couldn't shake the feeling for like two weeks.

Second was my best friend's brother that became legitimately insane after a shroom trip. He probably already had latent schizophrenia, but I saw that shit happen in front of me. After he took the shrooms he started tripping and it's like it never stopped. To this day he talks like he spoke that day on shrooms.

I know better than to label it as a "dangerous drug", but it's imo not one that should be considered soft or used recreatively.

It's no joke that they crack down on drugs here really hard, leading to stories like that almost every week. It's a college town, so demand is high. >>
>>72243866
The fear of these substances has more to do with protecting the establishment from true redpill ideas like, you are a free human being, than the people themselves.
LSD and Shrooms have tendency to open peoples eyes to the insanity of this entire system around them and cause people to question things that were installed in them early on they never had a choice over learning because thats how its always been since the cradle..
Everything should be available to a human being in the area of experience so long as it does not deny another human being their god given freewill.
The cartels would dissolve, billions saved on the phony war on drugs not to mention the countless future innocent lives that would be spared on the front lines of that war in places like Mexico.
If people want to do something to their body they should have that right if they are truly free.
But we are not truly free now are we?

But I guess it is fun to pretend like we are.

To be fair it does not mention anywhere in the constitution the right to consume, sell, or own anything. This is where libertarians piss me off the most. There is no constitutional right to property or the exercise of it.

The government has the right to regulate commerce and tax it's citizens or it's stuff.

The problem comes in that the government is not doing it's job to insure our constitutional rights are being protected. (Except it's own of course) For example every fucking reportfag ever loves to sneer and fap themselves half to death with "freedom of speech doesn't apply to private property!" actually yes it does if you ever read a fucking court case. Because the first amendment ties into the fourteenth which prevents discrimination, harassment, and defacement all of which all websites are guilty of via bannings and reportings.

Secondly, (ironically...) the second amendment protects my right to carry a firearm so I can just put a gun in the mouth of moot or any bastard who thinks my rights only apply sometimes. However again, people think they can suddenly change the constitution too "I can just say no guns allowed in my store huurhuurhuur!"

All of this and I don't even get my free shit as promised by the growing liberal left. The women go on and on about their pussies but they ain't putting out, college is expensive, healthcare isn't free, and unions are fossils.

Libertarians do not actually give a shit about negative rights.
Liberals do not actually give a shit about positive rights.
Conservatives fuck their daughters and are creeps.

Maybe my morals are off but to me it seems like growing trippy shit isnt nearly as heinous or dangerous to a free society as those other crimes. Ive even heard of people getting killed over weed, never heard of a mushroom deal gone bad.

There are many, many patients in NHS psychiatric wards suffering from 'drug-induced' psychosis, and essentially, fragile minds who couldn't handle the psychedelic experience and collapsed mentally. But legalizing these drugs is such an utterly shit, infantile idea.

Ok fucktard let me explain something you missed in american political philosophy:

The constituion is a contract the people have with the government to limit the powers of the government, so that the people accept the government as a legitimate facilitator between states. The only thing the constitution forbids citizens from is treason. If the federal government is using powers not outlined by the US constitution, such as banning goods and services, it is by definition acting outside of the constituion and therefore is acting unconstitutionally. States may regulate things like bans or moral laws given their own constitution allows for it, but the federal government was never designed to be a power above the will of the people or states, only as a facilitator between equal parties if they could not agree amongst themselves.

If you study the constituion and tye original political philosophies of all the founding fathers, you realize that our government would be borderline unrecognizable to them. Soon after, you realize this is why our system is so fucked up: the federal government is being abused in a way that it was specifically never meant to be used.

That is also true, but the ideas have still been more influential. People who have never read Aristotle will be influenced by empiricism and western philosophy without even realising. If you allow that Greek philosophers and Aristotle among them founded modern scientific thought and therefore influenced the entire western scientific and philosophical tradition, the influence is massive compared to Family Guy, which people may find amusing but it doesn't alter their way of life. Arguably a guy in a mud hut who gets a shot from MSF is being influenced by Aristotle and the other Greeks without knowing who they are, simply by benefitting from the rational processes that they innovated.

Psilocybin and cannabis being Schedule 1 is criminal. Trump wants cannabis legality to be decided by States, hopefully the same for mushrooms. The law is so retarded right now, you can own magic mushroom spores legally, even order them in the mail. But the mushrooms? NOPE THATS A FELONY
>>

That I especially never understood. It's like they want to encourage people growing the mushrooms so they can bust them. But that seems ridiculous because there's such a small amount of people, probably less than .1% of the country that would ever grow shrooms themselves.

Yes

Things like heroin, crack, etc should still be illegal. It's cliche, but people with no guidance and no answers turn to drugs. I don't want to be surrounded by worthless drug addicts, so I'd prefer them not have the option.

And yes I know illegal drugs will still exist, but not if we start annihilating Mexican cartels and other cartels. We have the ability to do it, we need a leader like Trump to execute.

Actually doing mushrooms is part of the reason I stopped being a brainwashed liberal. It gave me clarity, I realized my thoughts were being decided for me and I didn't want that anymore. I likely would have come to that realization anyways, but how much later? Psilocybin dissolves your ego, it allows you to look honestly at your own self and your actions without things like pride interfering in your thought process. There are no documented negative long term effects from psilocybin use, but moderation in everything, it isn't for everyone.

>People who have never read Aristotle will be influenced by empiricism and western philosophy without even realising.

You seem to assume that because a lot of academics put thought into the matter, Aristotle was influential. But as you admit, it's possible to be affected without realising it.

We may attribute Aristotle's influence to the quality of his ideas. The fact is that the vector of delivery is several orders of magnitude worse than that of television and other modern media. Never before on the planet has information been transferred as much, as quickly, as homogenously (in terms of what information is delivered to different populations) and with as much repetition.

Why would we assume something intangible like 'quality of an idea' can stand up to what is a genuine revolution?

Politicians understand this.

Also, I need to add; delics seem to work differently for me than other people

When I take them I feel confident, aggressive and ready to face an apocalypse. Like nothing can stop me.

I did something very stupid and took shrooms when I was feeling angry and sad and was alone, also smoked weed right before I knew it would kick in.

Had a fucking blast, probably the most fun I've had alone, ever.
