The religion part of it, but why shouldn't he be allowed to do that? If I want to be open certain hours for men only in certain hours for women only, why shouldn't I be able to? What if I run a pool and I want to appeal to people who want a same-sex camaraderie? Why should I not be able to discriminate for any or no reason whatsoever?
