I had a male friend in college who worked for a company during college. He basically worked their for 3-years as an intern, and when he graduated they told him they had no work for him, lol.
I graduated in 09'. I had a job offer and got laid off 3 months later with a dozen other people. Got hired back on by same company a year later and been with them ever since.
Honestly the job market now has not been this strong since the 90s.

Honestly everyone I know is at their peak right now. College friends and family are all employed and doing better than ever. I'm the poor-faggot making only 70k a year.
My industry in general has seen a huge hiring upswing, a lot of our competitors are also looking for anyone that's not shit.
I know millennials would like to believe the economy is still bad so they can rationalize how much they suck.
