There's a disdain for realtors, because they're blamed for crashing the economy. We all know it was the loan officers, mortgage brokers, and the idiots on the secondary mortgage market. But realtors and appraisers especially got the shaft. Also, realtors get a bad rep because they're sharks for their commissions. Dude I fucking really hate HOA. They can be quite the niggers. My first house was a crappy townhouse. It had a nigger HOA. Long story short, these fuckers got a judgement against me for 1800$ for a missing window screen, on a window that no longer even opened. Not torn, mind you, just not there. They said they served me with the court papers, they never did. Their lawyer was crooked as shit, and I almost had to threaten him at one point. I yelled at his assistant in open court. Like fucking went apeshit on her over another matter. They used to tow my cars, they would tow my friend's cars and shit, for no reason. And this place was a dump, I had no idea what they were on about. And I never bothered anyone, I always used headphones, and left for work, and came home. My neighbors liked me. It was a shitty time in my life owning that dump. I was constantly in court over some nonsense. I went ballistic on the HOA on the phone one day, about how they worked for me, and that I am not their tennant. Was bullshit. Way too silly. Some minimal ones are OK though.
