Well before you blame African Americans you first probably have to understand that the less than favorable position they are in right now is not their fault. They had to suffer for hundreds of years as slaves in america. Millions of African Americans were killed during this period. After fighting for their freedom, the white government destabilized their entire race for the next hundred or so years by pumping their community with drugs and guns, and by assassinating their leaders. Even today African Americans are subjects of racism and discrimination in america. You gotta understand that its not their fault.
