I've recently taken up following the National Review. It's interesting to read the articles and comment sections there, because they truly have no shame about their hatred for the republican voter base. They believe they are the elites and that the middle class basically deserves to go into poverty. The only issue that happened was that the government bought the banks out, thus, not completing the cycle of capitalist evolution where the bad businesses die off and the newer ones don't repeat the mistakes of the past.
Now the banks know they can lose all their money and they will be saved every time, guess what fucking happened? They still package insurance on loans and lie about their ratings.
