Babylon 5 was great for its time. The entire five year story was laid out in advance so you didn't end up with stupid shit like in Battlestar Galactica where they just made it up as they went. Unfortunately the special effects on Babylon 5 have not dated well and the studio was constantly cutting the budget so while the story and acting of the main characters were great, quality drops off at times when it comes to bit roles and aliens. The less said about the insectoid puppets, the better.

Get real, that solution is too fair and will give ammunition to the people calling for the TV broadcasts to be encrypted like Sky/Virgin does instead of hassling everyone with a TV.
My guess is that they'll push for the license to be changed to a levy collected alongside income tax like half of Europe already does, eliminating those 5% of fraudulent viewers and getting even more money from people who now have no choice.
