-It's hard for women to look like VS-tier models and yet these types of women are always shown in magazines, catwalks, etc. This gives average women immense butthurt feelings.
-As someone already mentioned, in order to be fat you need to eat lots of food. So McD's, Unilever, Nestle and whatever other companies probably formed a PR company named Food Producers Advocating Against Fat Shaming and sent them with suitcases full of cash to magazine editors.
-I mean it's kinda hard for local MURKA STRONK members of the intellectual majority to accept this, but USA is no longer a white country. Which means the tastes in women are going to gravitate towards more fat and nasty cellulite on asses and thighs.
