I barely eat anything at all because I have hardly enough money to buy shit. I literally eat one meal a day sometimes I'll eat at work at some fast food place SOMETIMES. It would usually be $1 or I'd go in with a friend to split a small ass chicken. If someone says that prepping meals is cheap try doing that shit when you do the work I do. My body is worn the fuck out from not only the extra weight but the lack of nutrients I get from not eating much. I did mention that I do have dinners but they are usually frozen meals.
