It takes a smart person to innovate and it takes a smart person who can defer gratification by investing their money to make more money for them, rather than spending it on luxuries. Deferral of gratification is actually one of the best benchmarks to gauge future IQ of children, those able to do it for longer and with larger amounts tend to end up with a higher IQs as adults.

This is a common and stupid opinion. The rich are rich not because they work 1000 billion hours a day, they're rich because they take their existing wealth and they invest it into things which they believe will make them more money, like new businesses, stocks, shares or whatever. That money is then capitol that is used to fund other ventures which other people undertake by getting loans and starting businesses. Those successful people pass a cut back to the rich who then get richer which benefits both the rich and the person starting the business who otherwise has no capitol.
Even if the rich just threw their money in a bank the bank uses that collateral to loan out yet more money to people. There's almost none of the money supply that's locked away from reach, that would require a rich person to literally extract their wealth as assets or cash and lock them away. I mean just think about it for a second. Starting a business requires capitol right, and so you need to either save for insane lengths of time or you need someone who will loan you that capitol to get started and then either take cut of your profits or interest on the loan.
The rich want more money just like everyone does and so they have an incentive to loan out their money to people who are smart and have good business ideas so they can earn money off that loan. It's not necessary to flood the country with immigrants to get labor costs down, the costs settle at what is natural for the job offered providing that government doesn't get involved and use force to set prices (min wage). What you really mean is that immigrants are willing to work for less than you and you think you deserve a better wage when you do not so somehow this is unfair.
The media is a free market and people get to choose what they listen to, the issue with the media isn't that people are controlling other people, it's that the masses are stupid and prefer to listen to dumb shit rather than actual accurate news. And the people have to scramble against those with special powers granted to Banks, insider loans, insider deals, nepotism, netowrks, cartels, conglomerates, and better goods from Industrialized Countries that prevent full industrialization.
