Well that is pretty accurate. They don't see rape as a crime. So they say no to rape crimes. Rape should be the husbands privilege and a punishment to women who dress improperly.

Their definition of rape isn't comparable to modern society's definition.
In their faith one can rape gentile women and they become their wives. Grooming children for sex is normal and considered holy. Their laws (mandated by religious belief) give license to have sex with anyone they desire without consequence as long as another muslim man hasn't staked his claim on her womb.
