How would the society work if everyone was one the streets having forceful sex with women? I'm pretty sure I would've been pretty traumatized if somebody did this to my mom when I was a child. Just walking in on my mom and dad having sex was upsetting enough.
Same with murder by that logic. But at the same time we've come to a point where people are using the word "rape" to describe things that aren't "rape". So I get where you're getting at, morality might just be a social construct. If I had a daughter, I'd keep self-aware and armed.
