The problem with the younger generation of kids these days is most of them never listened to Prince, or albums like Gold Experience. Prince was terrified of record execs stealing his music, he was one of the only musicians who spoke out about the evils of corporations and record labels essentially buying out artist's souls. I don't take this statement back at all, I know on a board of racists like /pol/ that kind of statement doesn't fly well and more than half of you have never even listened to a Prince song besides the Donald Trump song. But it's 100% true.
Prince Rogers Nelson was the modern Mozart. No living musician on Earth today surpasses Prince. If they lived at the same time, I have zero doubt they would have been either best friends or complete rivals.
Just like Mozart was a musical prodigy and genius and talented at multiple instruments, so was Prince. Prince actually knew how to play more instruments than Mozart. Prince lived every last day making music and was still performing. Prince gave us incredible songs like "When Doves Cry", "The Most Beautiful Girl in the World", "1999" and "Eye Hate U".
