80-90% of the "refugees" are not from syria or iraq or a warzone, they are migrants not refugees..
Secondly vast majority of them are not elderly women and children.. No.. they are healthy looking military age males, they shouldn't be pitied they are cowards that don't want to fight to stabilize their own nations.
Thirdly, pol is not against refugees, actual refugees also have to go BACK and rebuild their nation once the conflict is over. They should not become citizens or anything of the sort. The people coming now have nothing to do with refugees, and the unscreenable migrants from other places should be turned away automatically.
Fourthly you don't bring unscreened people directly from a hot warzone that has people that want to kill you if they had the opportunity, directly into your own nation.. you then transplant the conflict into your own nation by doing so.
Stop pretending all migrants are refugees dumbass.. even saudi arabia won't take unscreenable migrants or even actual refugees. Because of the security threat involved. And similarly many of the middle eastern nations aren't doing shit for many of the same reasons. So why is it you think it's sensible to be the dangerously stupid one that lets them directly into your nation instead of establishing a neutral safezone near syria where they can stay till the conflict has expired?
