Life was more fun. The world still had hope. Radical feminism hadn't gone mainstream. 90s indie bands were comfy. The economy was good.
People in the 1990s were generally even more ignorant than they are today. Some of the stuff that went on back in those days at least as far as incorrect information is concerned was absolutely ridiculous. Looking back on the 1990s today I almost feel bad people who were adults at that time.

The numbers showed it was whites killing themselves that's gone up and sharply. Whites are in fact killing themselves so much that it's effecting even their life expectancy at birth. The researches said the only times that gets effected are when a generation goes off to war or when a wave of mothers die while giving birth.
Blacks and Hispanics were killing themselves less and their life expectancy going up. Men are killing themselves at increasing rates. Even whites at mid twenties as the lowest age are killing themselves more.
While it notes this, all the articles I read about it focus solely on the sharp increase women saw and the blacks and mexicans.
