I do this all the time. After they added the browser version, it's possible to do multiple voting. Just activate your current account to web, delete app data, make a new account with a new phone number by using an app like text free and then activate that one in a different browser. Then make another for your phone. That would give you 3 accounts to vote, but you could keep going. Only problem is you need to be in the location you want to vote.
