Well, upside down satan, "Come and See" translated to 'whatever language', for a long time in human history, that has been what is said when you want to not explain something to someone, but "show them", or let them see for themselves, letting it become self evident.
Telling someone about something is second hand, showing someone, lets them see it for themselves, and gives them the purest form of it.
So its a pretty powerful phrase.

When an atheist first losses their faith they glob everything that was apart of religion together and abandon it. However if you realize what religion actually does to a society and why it was needed for most of our history to fight degeneracy with force and peer pressure, you realize it was to just raise our children and sustain a working society (with some added pros of being a religious leader as well).
