I voted for Gingrich in the primary though, even though it was already too late.
I remember back in 2012 when it became apparent Ron Paul wouldn't be allowed to run, and the nomination was given to Romney. For about 2 months prior to the election this forum was flooded with paid shills talking about how great Romney was. Day after election, they left and the normal voices of /pol/ came back and talked about what a fuck Romney was.

I hated Romney in 2012. I knew he was watered down shit and he earned his "Mittens" nickname. Romney was better than Obama but that didn't take much. Trump is the first candidate that I legitimately supported and voted for.
