Read it. Please mate. It puts life into context.

I'm a Christian, so I should say the Holy Bible. But that would be too easy, as you can access that any time.
The meditations are pre-Christian. Ancient wisdom. But very relevant in modern times.
For some fiction, I would recommend Alasdair Gray: 'Lanark: a Life in Four Books'. It's the best of Scottish Literature.
For poetry, just get an anthology. Also the sonnets of Shakespeare. number 18 is my favourite.
For sci-fi, Isaac Asimov is wonderful.
I have kindle and mobile, laptop and other stuff, but nothing can beat a proper book.
Reading gives me so much satisfaction. And it's cheap. Charity shops and the local market have books for 20 pence.

Mediations is not a bad work but it is hardly the greatest work in stoicism. Being a philosopher emperor made Aurelius literally meme emperor thus his work famous. Epictetus and Seneca's work should be hold in much higher regard imho. If you study stoicism aurelius's work comes very very very late.
still Seneca's letters are also nice, translated in the names of On anger, On shortness of life etc
