There shouldn't be a law banning people from the other sex's bathroom. And there shouldn't be a law that lets people use whatever bathroom they want. Basically if you can pass for a gender, use the bathroom that reflects what you look like. Honestly that's how it's worked for quite some time and there hasn't really been an issue.
