The right to keep and bear arms is just an extension of the natural right to defend yourself. Healthcare is what you would call a good. Sure, it's essential,j such as food, shelter, clothing an education etc. are goods but in essence, a good is the opposite of a right. Rights are things we enjoy simply by virtue of our existence.

For something to be a right the government must enforce it.
This means they must either force a doctor to do the job for free, or heavily tax to pay for it which puts a gun to citizens heads and says pay up or jail if you fight we fire.
This violates the citizens right to property, privacy and liberty.
