Mehmet Kaplan är en av de varmaste människorna jag träffat, både inom politiken och som privatperson. Efter valet arbetade jag ett tag tillsammans med honom. Trots att vi hanterade svåra frågor började varje morgon med en high five och ”hur är läget?”. Jag kan inte känna igen människan jag träffat med den senaste veckans mediabild.
Under Miljöpartiets Dialogkonferens träffade jag Mehmet. När de andra ministrarna stressade i sig lunchen hälsade Mehmet vänligt på resturangägaren, gav komplimanger för maten och ställde frågor om småföretagarlivet. Det är få människor som med integritet kan vara både statsråd och som kan ha reella möten med människor ute i hela samhället. Mehmet var en av dem.
Min förhoppning är att partiet har lärt sig vikten av att ge tydliga svar på frågor direkt. Även rutinerna för besök behöver ses över. Men om det där samtalet med resturangägaren inte kan göras utan en bakgrundskoll är jag rädd för vart det politiska samhället är på väg. Vi behöver motarbeta all form av extremism, men vi måste göra det på ett sätt som är i linje med det samhället vi vill bygga.

Mark my words, all this none sense we're seeing in the west is just going to raise a generation of racists and anti Islamic sentiment the likes we have never seen.
I only became racist after my white city slowly became less and less white, it's true you are not born racist you learn it from living amongst lesser races. An entire generation will be growing up being bullied for being white, being told they have no culture, being told that Christianity is a joke while having to watch Muslims rape, murder and steal without criticism.
The liberals hopes of a utopian non white society will come crashing down. Just a reminder Europe has gone through much worse before, Eastern Europe, Spain and Portugal were taken over by Muslims.
