The relevant part is only 7 minutes long.
It shows an intelligent race developing and a primitive race remaining primitive and undeveloped, then the primitive race destroys itself through war and the intelligent race saves it's survivors, but then the next day the intelligent race has decayed because it has mixed with the primitive race.
The creator of each race both observe this over a couple of days and the episode ends with the intelligent race-creator, weasel, saying "baboon, we must never marry"
Who remembers the episode of Recess where TJ comes back to school after being sick to find that a new card craze has taken over the school and the trading cars are being used as currency to do anything on the playground. He works his ass off, then starts hiring other people to do his work, paying them a dividend of the income and becomes the single largest holder of the cards in the playground and becomes a tyrant, wanting complete 100% control of the card supply.
