I'm a virgin admittedly, so I don't quite understand what all the fuss is about, but do people have so little self-control? I think about sex maybe once a day, at which point I either jerk off to relieve tension or do some exercise and generally it goes away.
Why do you people ruin your lives over sex? Destroy relationships, families, bring up unloved unwanted children, catch all kinds of diseases. I struggle to understand, people look at drug users or alcoholics as some kind of broken individuals who need assistance, yet 'sex addiction' is obvious in almost every single person, but only the ridiculously uncontrollable get singled out, those who end up fucking 10+ times a day with random people.
Isn't sex a couple of times a week, inside a healthy relationship enough? And if you're single, why don't you just masturbate until you find a girl or boy who you can start a family with.

Step 1) Over-sexualize your population and base your entire culture around sex and all linked topics from WW2 until now.
Step 2) Pacify your male population through various means, these days mostly through the known tactics of feminism, political correctness, highly convoluted entertainment etc.
Step 3) Import sexually aggressive species and let them mate with your hyper-sexualized female population. If done right, the native males by this point have no interest in keeping or fighting for their women, perhaps rightly so. Sustain this phase for long enough and you will replace the target population. Control only a matter of balancing the competing groups' interests.
I don't want to jump to the conclusion that a certain interest group follows this plan since ages. But assuming that some group has the will and the means to follow this plan, it's the best way to take over the west. Nothing on the planet could defeat the west in a war. But set the stage for a darwinian contest and you land a direct hit on the white's archilles heel: sex.
