Trump has said that he wants Israel to start paying the US in some form. During one of the GOP debates, he was the only one considering negotiations between the Palestinians and Jews, while everyone else on the stage was demanding blood for the Jew-god. I think Trump's statements regarding Israel are like almost everything else he says: hyperbole.
