Yonkers NY was one of only two Depts adequetly equipped as a dept with training , man power and equipment. The other Dept i believe may have been Newark NJ. Also, THIS Dept this story refers to has 30 Paid fireman and 17 Volunteer. FAR from a dept that can offer mutual aid for something of the magnitude of 911.
