/pol/ BTFO! Obama is the greatest jobs president ever!
>>
>>71779765
A president doing nothing is what caused the job growth.
>>
Meanwhile the participation rate in the workforce is at a 36 year low. Niggers gonna nig
>>
>>71780480
Meanwhile some of us are working three.
>>
>>71780639
Gotta pay for the 35% of adults not working.
>>
Meanwhile middle aged white men are dying at alarming rates due to the death of the middle class. Thanks for the "privilege" to die alone and a broken man.

TFW congress is controlled by Republicans.
And Congress is what's driving the recovery.
>>

If we don't who will?
>>
>>71780480
To be fair, most presidents are unable to raise boomers from the dead.
>>
>>71779765
>that face you make when you change the definition of what constitutes "unemployed" and split what should be one job into 3 or 4 to artificially drive up employment rates but solve little to nothing

-Added $9 Trillion in debt (More debt than added by all US presidents from Washington to Bush — combined).

-Lowered "U3" unemployment rate by doubling the number of Americans collecting welfare to its highest level in US history (Those people aren't counted in the U3 but are counted in the U6 calculus for unemployment)

-Doubled the number of people collecting food stamps to its highest level in US history — 65 million (Greater than the entire population of Spain).

-Doubled the number of non-injured, working-age Americans who have left the work force to its highest level in US history — over 98 million.

-Created an economy that never saw an annual GDP growth above 1.5%. Seven years of sub-2% GDP growth in the Obama presidency — No president has ever had more than two years of sub-2% growth.

Worst president ever? Worst president ever!
>>
>>71779765
Obama truly is a mathematical wizard to bring both the jobless rate and the labor participation rate to massive lows at the same time!

Except he's not.

He's gonna be remembered as worse for the economy as Bush once all is said and done.

America is already in cripling recession, but just like the 2008 one, they're in denial and will be for the rest of the year probably
>>
>>71782172
The DJIA means jack shit in reality.
>>
>>71781959
Is it just me or did we in 2000 have a surplus? Was that the fabled Clinton Surplus (tm) that Kasich worked on?

Yea Clinton's last few years were surplus

Embassy's get attacked all the time, that isn't the issue. The issue is intentionally lying to the American people about why it happened and the measures taken to protect the people at it.

I read somewhere that over 70% of the jobs created currently pay ~$7/h. That's not great. We can do better.

>republicans block everything Obama does
>economy magically recovers

so.... does that mean the republicans were right?
>>
>>71782541
No this is all true, but Obama took over at the bottom of the 2008 Financial Crisis.

The DJIA means nothing in reality. It's just how much value people place in something.

Unemployment means shit if labor force participation is at an all time low.

GDP Growth is normally that number, once again Obama took office during the middle of an enormous depression
>>
>>71782235
>takes office at the very bottom of the worst economic down-turn since the great depression

There are 46 now it was 48 percent of Americans not working or on welfare....... these numbers do not include those that dropped out of the workforce on account of the 3 year unemployment Gibsons

The Dow Jones is a very poor measure of the stock market. It is 30 arbitrarily chosen companies. The S&P 500 and the Russel 2000 are better measures of corporate health.

It's what they were elected to do, it's why the GOP took the house so quickly.

Their obstruction to his radical policies are what allowed the economy to bounce back.

If Pelosi was still running the House (I just threw up in my mouth a little) and Reid in the Senate this recession would be close to depression level.
