I was a shooter. The first time I did meth I shot up half a point. I did quarter gram shots and know it is a completely different experience.
Snorting is very edgy and energetic but causes a lot of anxiety. Shooting it up is much more relaxing and feels cleaner while lasting longer and being calming at the same time.

Methamphetamine, or really any stimulant isn't really all that addictive. The reason methamphetamine is more addictive than amphetamine is because of the ROA options. You can smoke it, or inject it easily. Amphetamine isn't like that for a normal user who can't readily inject it.
It's no surprise that some of the most commonly used and addictive drugs are prodrugs to other, sometimes considered less addictive drugs. Methamphetamine is metabolized into amphetamine, and heroin is metabolized into morphine. Anytime you can use a pleasurable substance to basically "flip a switch" and go from normal, or depressed to instantly high is an indication of the drugs addictiveness. I'd recommend to anyone who has problems with methamphetamine to switch their ROA to oral. Exercise also seems to reduce the chances of becoming or staying addictive to stimulants.
