I should also add, isreal then needs to pour millions of dollars into infrastructure development for the area, otherwise it will turn unti a muslim ghetto and hotbed for terrorist shenanigans. Just develop the fuck out of palestine, make it a desirable place for isreali jews to want to settle in and you'll gradually push out the extremists. Just give Palestinians the means to live comfortably and they'll be pretty chill. Generally only poor people resort to terrorism.
