I'm pretty damn sure a teacher or professor/lecturer at a university wants his students to their best, as their success is his or her success as well. I can't believe for a second that a teacher would fail students because they don't like their skin colour, that would literally be hurting their profession and success as a teacher.

I thought higher education institutions took that kind of thing into account? If a school is known to do poorly in exam performance across the board then a university takes this into consideration. Because it would simply be unfair if man with career aspirations is denied because he was forced to go to a crap school.

Yes. A culture bred by democratic rule over cities that heavily discourages doing well in school. There are tons of stories out there of black kids even getting bullied by other black kids for doing well on a test because doing so is "white," and by extension, racist. ALL of this begins and ends with education and without sweeping reform "black culture" will never get fixed.
