What makes you think people don't want those solutions? Anyone conservatives I have ever talked to are completely aware of what they have to do. It's the unsure moderates that talk openly about the problem but dance around the solution. They're usually really entry-level liberals who have only just been introduced to the problems of race.

I'm not saying there's not suspicious going on with this guy (him mentioning Millennial Woes, the most despondent and unhelpful face in the alt-right raises and eyebrow), but you can't advocate these things in a youtube series for normies.
We can talk about the race war and all that shit on an anonymous forum, but you can't just come out with these things in a video that can be taken down for that.
