Ingredients are coming together for the first major tornado outbreak of the season. The Storm Prediction Center is already preparing for "a potential severe weather outbreak" across parts of Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas on Tuesday.
It's rare for the Storm Prediction Center to forecast severe weather this far in advance. It's almost unheard of for them to be calling for an outbreak.
